High Thrills and Social Ills
A quiet district quite unlike the rest of London. The landscape is pastoral and dotted with old hotels and villas. This district is a haven for academics due to its amount of libraries and peace and quiet.
Places of Note
Astronomer Royal: George Airey
An observatory used for astronomical navigation. It also contains a “time ball” that drops at 1 PM each day to help ships mark the time. It’s most important feature is the Meridian Line, the starting line by which the world’s time is marked; a symbol of English dominance.
