A half English, half Italian halfling with a fascination for making crime-fighting gear but with a cowardly disposition. He sold Fain the grappling gun and is willing to make more gadgets for him if wanted.

He has recently created a custom mask and a more flexible suit of armor. He is currently working on special climbing boots and special ammunition for The Masked Bandit’s pistol. Has begun work on a signal prototype.
