A young man who is trying to gain influence in the press sphere. He wears lower middle class clothing but lives in a decent place. He was the one who hired The Hound to stop the Illustrated London News presses, steal Gary Stone’s notes, and protect Stevie Steadman from hired thugs (which he hired in the first place). He is an ambitious young man who is known for his ruthless tendencies.

He has taken to helping Father Dobbs take care of some of the strange happenings around town by providing information pro bono. The just considers himself to be a “concerned citizen”. The last hint he gave to Father Dobbs was to look into the Thulian Order and learn what he can about them.
